| Job Description: | We are a growing commercial bakery and chocolate manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to become deeply involved in the financial, accounting, and operational sides of a growing manufacturing business. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of whatever tasks are necessary to help the company improve and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Support day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and transaction review
Analyze sales, product costs, margins, inventory, and operational performance
Help maintain accurate financial and operational records
Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
Support inventory control, purchasing, production planning, and other operational functions
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and performance-tracking tools
Work closely with management on special projects and business-growth initiatives
Take ownership of new responsibilities as the company continues to expand |
| Job Requirements: |
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Fluent English is a must
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to continuously learn and take on unfamiliar responsibilities
Genuine interest in contributing to the long-term growth of the business
Experience with QuickBooks, manufacturing, food production, inventory management, cost accounting, or financial modeling is strongly preferred.
