Job Description:

All California Fencing located in Thousand Oaks, Ventura County is seeking a reliable, hardworking Fence Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has fence construction experience, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in producing quality workmanship.

Job Requirements:

Install vinyl, wood, aluminum, and composite (WPC) fences.
Install swing gates, sliding gates, rolling gates, and pedestrian gates.
Measure, layout, and prepare job sites.
Dig post holes and set posts in concrete.
Assemble and install fence panels, gates, hardware, and accessories.
Remove and dispose of existing fences when required.
Read work orders and installation plans.
Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.
Follow all company safety procedures.
