South Bay Based – No Long-Distance Travel

Open foreman position with minimum of 3 + years of Fence Installer foreman experience - No exception, please apply only if you have a foreman position experience with another fence company.

Torrance Fence Company is hiring Fence Installers to join our growing team. Most of our projects are located in the South Bay area — no long-distance commuting required.

We specialize in vinyl, aluminum, and wood fencing, and we are known as one of the leading fence companies in the South Bay.

Requirements

Minimum 3 Years of foreman as a fence installer
Minimum construction experience required
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
Reliable transportation to commute to work
Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
(Class C license is sufficient)
Foremen must be able to drive company trucks
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Positions

Helper Position

Starting at $35.00/hour - $42.00/hour
Pay increases based on performance and learning progress
Great opportunity to grow within the company
Foreman Position

Starting at $35 – $42/hour (based on experience)
All foremen must work as a helper for a minimum of 1-2 months to learn our company processes and installation standards
Exception: Applicants transferring directly from another fence company with 3+ years of vinyl fence and gate installation experience may qualify to start as a foreman immediately
Anyone with 3+ years of experience as a fence installer foreman will have strong opportunity for advancement.
