Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lavash Baker for a traditional Armenian bakery. Responsibilities include preparing dough, baking authentic lavash in a tonir or commercial oven, maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Job Requirements:

3+ years of lavash or flatbread baking experience • Experience with tonir preferred • Reliable and able to work early mornings • Food Handler Card preferred • Armenian, English, or Persian is a plus.
