Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
Install complete heating and air conditioning systems.
Repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
Work with furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and air handlers.
Read wiring diagrams and use electrical testing equipment.
Complete service reports and communicate professionally with customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of verifiable HVAC field experience (Required).
EPA Certification required.
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must have your own HVAC hand tools.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Experience with both service and installation.
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, honest, and motivated.
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoors.
