Job Description:

We are an established and busy home health care agency with 11 years of experience providing quality care to our patients and families. We are seeking a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and confident Office Manager who can step into the role and immediately take ownership of the office's daily operations.

This position is not intended for someone who is new to home health care or requires extensive training. We are looking for an experienced professional who already understands how a home health care agency operates and can confidently manage the office with minimal training and supervision.

Job Requirements:

- Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the home health care office
- Work confidently and efficiently within Data Soft Logic
- Ensure office procedures and agency requirements are consistently followed
- Identify problems before they become larger issues and take appropriate action
- Keep the office organized, productive, and running smoothly
- Communicate effectively with agency leadership and provide updates when necessary
