Job Description:

Fencing company is seeking experienced Fence Installers and Lead Installers to join our growing team. We have been serving Southern California for over 10 years, specializing in premium vinyl, aluminum, chain link, gates, patio covers, pergolas, gazebos, and custom outdoor projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on fence installation experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can represent our company professionally on job sites.

Job Requirements:

Fence Installation:
Install vinyl, aluminum, and chain link fencing.
Install pedestrian gates, double-drive gates, and custom gate systems.
Set and align posts using proper measurements and installation techniques.
Layout fence lines according to project plans and site conditions.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.

Site Preparation:
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Prepare job sites for installation.
Dig post holes using hand tools, augers, and equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Equipment Operation:
Safely operate power tools and installation equipment.
Utilize levels, lasers, saws, drills, and specialty fence installation tools.
Assist with operation of skid steers, mini excavators, augers, or other equipment when needed.

Customer Service:
Interact professionally with homeowners and commercial clients.
Maintain a positive attitude on job sites.
Represent our company in a professional manner.

Teamwork:
Work closely with crew members and supervisors.
Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Required:
Minimum 2 years of fence installation experience.
Experience installing vinyl, aluminum, or chain link fencing
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to use power tools safely.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work full-time.
