Job Description:

EV Elite is an independent EV and hybrid repair shop specializing in high-voltage battery systems, drive units, and BMS-level diagnostics for Tesla, Mitsubishi, BMW, Kia, and other EV/hybrid platforms. We're looking for a skilled technician to join our growing team, handling diagnostics, repair, and customer-facing case documentation for HV battery and drivetrain issues. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work at the leading edge of EV repair.

Job Requirements:

Experience diagnosing and repairing high-voltage EV/hybrid battery systems and drive units
Familiarity with BMS diagnostics, module-level fault analysis, and state-of-health/state-of-charge testing
Comfortable using OEM and third-party diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license;
Ability to communicate clearly with customers about technical findings
