Position Overview

Seeking a driven and highly organized **Escrow Growth Manager** to support both **internal operations** and **external business development**.

This role is critical to ensuring our backend systems operate efficiently while actively expanding our presence within the real estate community. The ideal candidate is someone who can **set up and manage systems behind the scenes** while also confidently **building relationships and generating new business in the field**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations & Systems Management**

* Coordinate setup and maintenance of internal systems (phones, CRM, email, and office infrastructure)
* Ensure smooth day-to-day backend operations across departments
* Handle urgent and time-sensitive administrative and operational tasks
* Assist with processing and organizing department-related paperwork and compliance items
* Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows
* Troubleshoot system or operational issues and resolve them promptly

**Business Development & Sales**

* Actively reach out to real estate agents, lenders, and brokerages to introduce company services
* Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships
* Visit real estate offices and brokerages to present services and establish partnerships
* Consistently follow up with prospects and existing clients
* Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner

**Marketing & Growth Execution**

* Distribute company-provided marketing materials to agents, lenders, and offices
* Execute outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and client acquisition
* Track and report on outreach efforts, relationship development, and sales growth
* Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and follow-ups
* Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities for expansion


**Qualifications**

* Experience in **real estate, escrow, title, or mortgage industry** preferred (but not required)
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Self-motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
* Ability to balance **operational tasks** with **field-based sales efforts**
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
* Reliable transportation for local travel
