| Job Requirements: |
Manage a litigation caseload that may include wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination claims, and other employment-related defense matters. • Conduct legal research, evaluate case issues, and prepare persuasive written work product to support litigation strategy. • Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other pleadings required throughout the life of a case. • Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement discussions. • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategy while maintaining strong day-to-day ownership of assigned files. • Advise employer clients on workplace practices and help transition litigation relationships into ongoing counseling partnerships when appropriate. • Prepare employment policies, separation agreements, and related workplace documents designed to support compliance and risk management. • Contribute to client training and auditing efforts aimed at preventing future disputes and improving employment practices. |
