Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician or Solar Installer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on rooftops, running conduit, performing electrical tie-ins, and installing solar systems safely and efficiently. This role offers growth opportunities into lead installer, foreman, or project manager positions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of electrical or solar installation experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, roofs, and in attics
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with NEC code for solar and electrical work
• Experience with tools: impact drill, crimpers, benders, testers, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
