We are seeking an experienced Home Health DPCS/DON to oversee the clinical operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of OASIS assessments, Plans of Care (POCs), physician orders, and clinical documentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining administrative and clinical binders, training and supervising clinical staff, conducting routine chart audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing monthly clinical education and in-service training. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of home health regulations and quality standards.
