Distribution Facility Manager Assistant (Cannabis Industry) - Sun Valley, CA

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Distribution Facility Manager Assistant to join our licensed cannabis distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, dependable, and experienced in California's regulated cannabis industry.

Previous experience working in a licensed cannabis operation is required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Facility Manager with daily distribution operations.
Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring full compliance with California regulations and METRC requirements.
Perform METRC inventory tracking, package creation, transfers, reconciliations, and record maintenance.
Assist with product handling, labeling, packaging, and quality control.
Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate and assist with deliveries when needed.
Maintain organized inventory storage and warehouse workflow.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits.
Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and daily operational reporting.
Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SMS/text campaigns, and customer outreach.
Provide general day-to-day operational support across multiple departments as needed.
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience working in a licensed California cannabis operation.
Strong knowledge of METRC and cannabis compliance procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer applications.
Fluent in both English and Armenian (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written communication skills.
Professional, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift and move products when necessary.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, and customer communication.
Knowledge of California cannabis regulations and distribution workflows.
Forklift certification is a plus (not required).
