Job Title: Dispatcher (Female Preferred)
Location: Our office location is under construction.
Employment Type: Full-Time (5am - 12pm) occasionally on call 4am - 5am, or 12pm - 3pm

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented dispatcher to manage nationwide logistics and coordinate communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams. This role is fast-paced and requires strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You will be the central point of contact ensuring every shipment runs smoothly, on time, and at the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule nationwide pickups and deliveries
- Dispatch drivers and manage routes efficiently
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email in a professional, polished manner
- Provide accurate ETAs and updates while managing expectations
- Track shipments from pickup to delivery
- Confirm all required details:
- Addresses, suite/floor access, elevator availability
- Device type, serial numbers, and photos
- Ensure drivers are properly prepared for each job (route, device handling, timing)
- Handle schedule changes, delays, and issues in real time
- Maintain detailed internal records of all shipments
- Coordinate with internal team on invoicing, payment status, and client communication
- Uphold White Glove Express service standards at all times
