Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, help patients feel welcome, and support daily front desk operations.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in person and by phone
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
Verify patient information and maintain records
Handle insurance and payment-related questions
Support communication between patients and staff

Requirements:

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, warm, and reliable
Must speak Armenian, Russian, and English
