Front Desk Coordinator Needed - Tarzana, CA

We are looking for a friendly, yet assertive front desk coordinator whose responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, calling patients, organizing the schedule for 4 hygienists and 2 dentists, checking in/checking out patients, collecting patient fees, entering payments, checking insurance verifications, treatment planning...

Skills required are consistent attendance, reliability, attention to detail, organization/planning skills, excellent communication skills, trustworthiness, punctuality, and team player. Experience with Curve Hero is preferred.
