A fast-growing dealership is looking for a professional who will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational tasks at the dealership on daily basis. This candidate will be a liaison between customers, sales staff, and management, helping to streamline communication and improve overall efficiency. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, as it often involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
The duties include:
• maintain accurate customer records, handle customer inquiries
• track sales or service logs, maintain records and check document accuracy
• book and manage appointments with the required documentation, relay updates between management and staff
• coordinate sales and service activities and support the sales team to ensure smooth dealership operations.
