Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling service appointments and providing friendly, efficient support to customers before and after their appliance service. They handle incoming calls, confirm details, and make sure customers know what to expect for every visit.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers requesting appliance service.

Gather basic information (contact details, address, appliance type, issue description) and enter it accurately into the system.

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel service appointments based on technician availability and customer preferences.

Confirm appointments with customers and clearly explain arrival windows and any preparation needed.

Call or message customers to provide reminders, updates, or changes to appointment times.

Handle customer questions about their upcoming appointments and route more complex issues to a supervisor or service manager as needed.

Remain polite and patient with upset or frustrated customers while working to find solutions.

Document all interactions and keep customer records up to date.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a customer‑facing or phone‑based role preferred.

Clear, professional communication skills over the phone and in writing.

Comfortable working on a computer and learning scheduling/CRM software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple appointments at once.

Reliable, on time, and able to follow set procedures.
