Measure windows accurately on-site and provide customized solutions tailored to each client’s space.
Educate clients on product features, customization options, and installation processes.
Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pricing and design specifications.
Stay updated on the latest trends, product offerings, and innovations in window treatments.
Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to installation.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and exceptional service.

Experience

Proven experience in interior design, sales, or related fields, preferably within the home decor or window treatment industry.
Strong design sense with the ability to visualize and suggest solutions that align with client needs.
Ability and willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client appointments.
