Job Description:

Restaurant is looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and can keep up during busy service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (California health standards)
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and management
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable and trustworthy
