Job Description:

We are looking for an active, experienced, and responsible Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction activities on-site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the construction industry and is confident in managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring daily work, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site
Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and deliveries
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and schedules
Maintain a safe and organized job site
Communicate effectively with the office, subcontractors, and project team
Identify and resolve on-site issues as they arise

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in construction and/or as a Superintendent
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage construction work independently on-site
Reliable, organized, and hands-on
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Having a pickup truck is preferred
Site: Irvine and Burbank, CA

$5000-6000 monthly
