Construction Superintendent (City of Commerce Project) - City of Commerce, CA

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee daily job site operations at our project in City of Commerce. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who ensures work is completed efficiently, according to schedule, and up to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day job site operations, trades, and workers at the City of Commerce project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for city/soil/building inspectors and coordinate all site inspections
- Lead, direct, and motivate on-site crews to maintain a high standard of productivity and accountability
- Ensure strict adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and timelines
- Report daily site progress to project management and resolve site issues as they arise


What We Offer:

$6,000 net monthly salary
