Care Home Concierge provides premium in-home care for elderly clients and individuals with disabilities throughout the San Fernando Valley. We believe everyone deserves to age with dignity in the comfort of their own home—and we need caring professionals like you to make that happen.

- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Companionship: Provide meaningful conversation and emotional support
- Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
- Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with their medications
- Light Housekeeping: Keep living spaces clean and safe
- Mobility Assistance: Support safe transfers and movement around the home
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in client condition
- Documentation: Maintain accurate care records

Job Requirements:

- Experience: Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, nursing home, or family caregiving)
- Heart: Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
- Reliable Transportation: Valid CA driver's license and dependable vehicle (many clients are located throughout the Valley)
- Clean Background: Must pass background check
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Communication: Strong English communication skills
- Physical Ability: Able to assist with transfers and mobility support
