We are a growing auto body shop looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to handle our financial records and support daily operations. If you have experience in automotive bookkeeping and are familiar with CCC One, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track and manage payments, invoices, and collections.
- Bank Reconciliation: Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and matched.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Expense Tracking: Categorize and monitor costs for parts, labor, and supplies.
- Insurance & Vendor Billing: Reconcile repair orders with insurance and vendors for accurate billing.
- Reconcile insurance checks with repair orders.
- Track outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
- Financial Reporting: Generate profit/loss statements and other financial reports as needed.
- Tax Preparation Support: Organize financial records for tax filing and audits.
- General Office Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
