COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Weekly Gross: Average $2,800+ depending on your miles.
True Mileage: Paid on ALL miles - loaded and empty (odometer-to-odometer).
Perks: Layover pay available when applicable.
Tax Structure: 1099 Contractor position.

THE FREIGHT & ROUTING

Equipment: Dry Van & Power Only.
Driver-Friendly: 100% No-Touch Freight (Mostly Drop & Hook).
Consistency: Pre-scheduled loads with year-round, steady volume.
Route: Full-Time OTR across all 48 states.

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

On the Road: Typically 2–3 weeks out.
At Home: 2–3 full days of home time.
Flexibility: We work with you on scheduling whenever possible.
