A dedicated and compassionate Case Manager responsible for guiding personal injury clients through every stage of their legal matter. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case.

The Case Manager maintains accurate and organized case files, communicates regularly with clients regarding case progress, coordinates medical treatment and records, tracks important deadlines, assists with insurance and claim documentation, and supports attorneys with case preparation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases while providing clients with professional and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Maintain accurate case files, documentation, correspondence, and case-management system records.
Communicate with clients regularly and provide updates regarding their claims and case status.
Coordinate with medical providers to obtain treatment records, bills, and other necessary documentation.
Communicate with insurance adjusters, providers, attorneys, and other third parties as needed.
Track medical treatment, appointments, case deadlines, and important developments.
Assist attorneys with settlement preparation, demand packages, discovery, and other case-related tasks.
Follow up with clients and providers to ensure outstanding information is received promptly.
Protect client confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout the client relationship.
Help ensure cases move efficiently and consistently toward resolution.
