Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality care to residents in a board and care home setting. The ideal candidate is patient, responsible, and committed to supporting the physical, emotional, and daily living needs of elderly or dependent individuals.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding if needed
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment (light housekeeping, laundry)
• Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Ensure residents’ safety and comfort at all times

Job Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Physically able to assist residents (lifting, mobility support)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic English communication skills required (fluency not necessary)
