We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and compassionate individual to join our growing team as a Care Coordinator / Intake Specialist.

This position plays a critical role in coordinating services, managing client information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth intake process. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and can work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

-Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
-Coordinate and schedule appointments and assessments
-Process new client intakes and documentation
-Communicate professionally with clients, families, and referral sources
-Track outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up
-Maintain organized electronic records and databases
-Support daily operational and administrative functions
-Assist with special projects and workflow management as needed

Qualifications:

-Fluent English speaker with clear verbal and written communication skills
-Bilingual required (English plus Armenian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, or another language preferred)
-Strong computer and typing skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
-Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
-Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
-Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
-Professional, dependable, and accountable
