Job Description:

We are a small, Armenian-owned candy business seeking a reliable and motivated employee to run day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations including candy packaging, sealing, boxing etc.
* Coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and quality control.
* Assist with occasional heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs).
* Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
* Must have a reliable car for commuting to the worksite and delivering packages to USPS.
* Comfortable with physical tasks when needed.

More information:
* Hourly pay: $20/hr (yearly increases and room for growth)
* No cash payments; W2 only.
* Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 3/4 PM
