Cahier / Front Counter Team Member Needed (Takeout Restaurant) - Burbank, CA

We are looking for a dependable and friendly front counter team member to join our takeout restaurant team. This role focuses on providing fast, accurate service while creating a welcoming experience for every customer. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

Take and process orders in person, over the phone, and/or through online systems.

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Ensure all takeout orders are correct, properly packaged, and ready on time.

Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate orders.

Answer questions about menu items and provide basic recommendations.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter, waiting area, and service station.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Restock front-of-house supplies (utensils, bags, condiments, etc.).

Assist with general front-of-house duties as needed.

Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required):

Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Additional language skills (e.g., Armenian, Farsi) are a plus.
