Job Description:

Our company is seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA therapy team.

The BCBA will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising ABA therapists/RBTs, and monitoring client progress. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families and is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
Looking for therapists for full-time and part-time collaboration.

Job Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Must meet current BACB requirements for BCBA certification.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Experience supervising RBTs/ABA Therapists preferred.
Bilingual candidates are welcome.
Reliable transportation may be required depending on client assignments.
