Job Description:

Draft and file fee motions for attorney’s fees and costs
Handle billing entires for all matters
Support attorneys with lemon law case management from intake to settlement
Review and summarize repair orders, service records, warranty documentation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, manufacturers, and dealerships
Prepare and organize legal documents, settlement agreements, and court filings
Maintain accurate case files in our case management system (Filevine)

Job Requirements:

2+ years of recent experience in Lemon Law or similar civil litigation
Proven experience preparing fee motions under attorney supervision
Strong understanding of billing entries and case cost tracking, and the litigation process, and local court rules
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (Filevine preferred)
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communication and writing skills
