Proficient in managing electronic health records using Kipu Health, including documentation, client charts, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Ability to facilitate and co-facilitate group therapy sessions with clients in a professional and supportive manner.
Skilled in taking and recording vital signs accurately (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration rate).
Capable of handling crisis situations calmly and effectively, following proper safety and de-escalation protocols.
Strong understanding of client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to monitor client behavior and report significant changes to clinical staff.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and documentation procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times.
Experience with intake procedures, client assessments, and discharge planning.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
RADT or SUDRC required.
