Job Description:

A well-known restaurant is looking for bartenders to join a dynamic operation to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. Here are the key requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking drink orders.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and restocking the bar.
- Cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar areas, and performing basic maintenance.
- Creating or contributing to drink menus and specials.
- Providing entertainment or engaging conversation to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements:

Essential Skills
- Mixology and beverage knowledge: Ability to prepare cocktails, pour beers, decant wines, and create new drink recipes.
- Customer service: Engaging with guests, reading preferences, making recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Multitasking and efficiency: Handling multiple orders, managing inventory, and keeping the bar organized.
- Cash handling and payment proficiency: Processing payments accurately and balancing cash registers.
