Job Description:

Our thriving Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) center in North Hollywood is seeking a
compassionate and dependable LVN or RN to join our team. This is a part-time,
weekday position ideal for a nurse who enjoys working with adults in a supportive, fast-
paced care environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 Completing daily flowsheets and nursing-related documentation
 Monitoring and recording vital signs
 Medication administration
 Filing and maintaining nursing records
 Assisting participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
o Meal assistance when required
o Bathroom assistance when required
o Transfers
 Providing supervision and support to participants during program hours
 Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Pay is dependent on experience and license type

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
 Active LVN or RN license in the state of California
 Authorized to work in the United States
 Able to receive W-2 employment (no cash payments)
 Reliable, professional, and compassionate
 Team player with the ability to learn quickly
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
