Job Description:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
Prepare commercial invoices, quotations, and customer proposals.
Organize, file, and maintain financial documents including invoices, receipts, and checks.
Assist with drafting new product designs with designers and marketing team.
Provide customer support during order pickups, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.
Communication with International companies
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
Maintain organized administrative systems to improve office efficiency and workflow.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English and Armenian (required); Russian is a plus.
Business background preferred.
Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Power Point
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
