Our company  is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help with client paperwork and transportation business setup.

Pay: $18/hour

Responsibilities:
• Complete and submit applications and paperwork for clients
• Assist with USDOT/MC, trucking, TCP, DMV, and other transportation-related applications
• Enter client and vehicle information accurately
• Upload and organize required documents
• Follow up on pending applications and missing documents
• Keep track of deadlines and application statuses
• Communicate with clients when additional information is needed
• Help maintain organized client files and records

What we’re looking for:
• Very detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable filling out government and business forms
• Good computer and internet skills
• Able to follow step-by-step procedures
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable handling multiple client files at once
• Transportation, trucking, DMV, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Training will be provided on our processes.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, learns quickly, and is comfortable working with paperwork and online applications.
