Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Full-Time

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, handling day-to-day account needs, and coordinating with insurance companies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle daily client requests and account servicing
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other requests
• Assist with renewals and client follow-ups
• Communicate with insurance companies and underwriters
• Follow up on outstanding documents and account requirements
• Maintain accurate and updated client information in our CRM
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Provide professional and timely customer service
• Help retain and grow existing accounts
