Job Description:

The ABA Therapist will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental needs under the supervision of a qualified BCBA. Services may be provided in the home, community, school, or other approved settings.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
* ABA/Behavior Technician experience is preferred but not required.
* RBT certification is preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must be dependable, patient, responsible, and comfortable working with children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow treatment plans and instructions from a BCBA.
* Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assigned client.
* Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements.
* Bilingual candidates are welcome.
