Job Description:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 15-25 per week

Job Requirements:

Must speak English

Experience

Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is preferred.
Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques is highly desirable.
Experience in patient care or related fields is a plus.
Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively is essential.
A background in behavioral therapy or related disciplines will be beneficial for success in this role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are critical for this position
