Job Description:

Dispatcher for a Fleet of Vans for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company.
Responsibilities include coordinating transportation services for individuals who need assistance getting to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and hospital discharges.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Job Requirements:

Must be efficient with the software used.) (Mediroutes, Excel)
Must be able to communicate and organize with the other dispatchers in order to be on time.
English Speaking is a must, Spanish speaking is a plus.
Must be able to give respectful customer service to vendors, members, and hospitals when on the phone.
Must plan efficient routes for drivers, considering traffic, distance, and any specific client needs, to minimize travel time and maximize service efficiency.
Must be able to maintain regular contact with drivers to monitor their location, update them on changes, and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
